I had one too many drinks at brunch today. My pre-gaming was done WAY too early, because I’m also supposed to meet people for actual pre-gaming. It’s gonna be a long day. I probably shouldn’t be drinking because I have to race tomorrow. It’s ok though, I’ll just say I’m carbo-loading and keep drinking.
So here’s a half-assed attempt at this for today.

Actually I don’t care. I’m going to pick for you. Let’s say…. Power Metal.
Hmm… Power Metal. What band makes you throw your hands to the heavens with metal hands and makes you head bang uncontrollably while you imagine you are on a horse galloping into battle.
In case you haven’t guessed (which I’m sure you haven’t), today’s music selection will be Luca Turilli. That’s right, the Italian operatic dude that wears cloaks and has a mullet.
As for what album? I have no clue. To be honest I’ve only downloaded their music from Limewire. So let’s handpick a few songs.

Man… this is a tough one. My 1st thought is Heiniken, but no one actually drinks that swill. My next thought would be Saison Dupont, but that’s too nice of a beer. What really says “Epic Beer”?
You know what… Screw it. You get Ommegang Abbey Ale.
That stuff is delicious. A strong Belgian ale that sounds like it was made by monks (it’s not actually) and has the same ideals that Power Metal does.
